Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, I carry my humble beginnings with pride and gratitude. My journey into the business world began as a teenager with an internship in McGraw Hill’s legal department, which quickly became a full-time role. When I asked management to keep me on through my final year of high school and into college, they told me, “We’ve never done that before.” I wasn’t afraid to think big—and the result was a raise and a position that launched my career. That experience taught me the power of initiative, resilience, and the confidence to challenge limits—values that have shaped my career and now drive my coaching.

After earning my degree at Skidmore College, I embraced every opportunity for growth, working my way up from Receptionist to executive leadership. Over the years, I’ve held high-impact roles across various organizations, including Vice President of Global Mail & Document Management Services at BNY Mellon and Director of Operations at the Jewish Childcare Association, where I transformed business operations, optimized efficiency, and led high-performing teams. My experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, including UNICEF USA and CARE USA, has given me deep insight into the challenges professionals—especially women—face in their careers, from navigating imposter syndrome to breaking through workplace barriers.

Beyond my corporate leadership experience, I’ve dedicated over a decade to volunteer work as a Team Leader at a Bronx shelter, reinforcing my passion for empowering others. I know what it’s like to feel unseen, to push forward despite challenges, and to crave a space where your voice is valued. That’s why I founded King Inspired Solutions, Inc.—to help professional women and entrepreneurs gain clarity, build confidence, and create success on their own terms.

My approach combines business expertise with a deep understanding of personal transformation. Whether I’m coaching a woman through a career transition, helping an entrepreneur refine their business operations, or advocating for workplace psychological safety, my goal is the same: to equip my clients with the tools, strategies, and mindset they need to thrive.
